Tangie Jones Newman, age 52, passed away at home on Wednesday May 11, 2022; surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on September 24, 1969, in Hendersonville, NC and was the daughter of the late Earl Robert, and Judith Ann Hardin Jones.

She is survived by her daughters: Holly Szymanski (Graham) of Clinton and Leann Newman (Charles Whitener) of Laurens ; 4 grandchildren: Kaser Szymanski, Leland Szymanski, Paisley Szymanski, and Corey Newman; two sisters: Terina Jones and twin Tabatha (Tabby) Laughter, brother Dustin Jones; 3 nephews, 1 niece, and other loving relatives and friends.

A private memorial service will be heldin The Jones Cemetery, Dana NC.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Laurens County Home Hospice, Charles Whitener, and Holland Merchant for all the extra help, love, and emotional support that was provided to their mother during this time.
