With heartfelt sorrow, the family of Mr.Otis McGowan announces his passing on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at his home. He is survived by his siblings: Charles McGowan and Brenda Gary of Clinton, SC and Pearl Galliard of New York as well as many other loving relatives and close friends.
