Mr. James Elbert Roberson, age 65, of Poole Rd. Clinton, SC went from Labor to Reward on January 5, 2022.

Mr. Roberson was born on July 2, 1956 to the late Jesse and Georgia Mae Roberson. At an early age; he attended Mt. Zion AME Church of Joanna SC with his family. He was educated in Laurens County Schools and attended Bell Street High School. As an adult; James was employed with Clinton Mills for many years and moved on to Walmart Distribution Center of Laurens, SC.

He will leave love and wonderful memories with brothers: Rev. Melvin (Ernestine) Young, Keith Roberson and Calvin Roberson - who was raised as a brother. His sisters: Patricia Roberson, Priscilla Roberson, both of Clinton, SC and Loretta (Howard) Harris of Welford, SC; three grandchildren: Jaiven, Janyia,and Jayvonia; Aunts: Vernel Conway, Joanne Goggins, and Daisy Young, Uncle Gus Young; and many other loving nieces, nephews and friends. James was also blessed to have a devoted caregiver in Donna(Mark) Backer.

The services for Mr. James Roberson were held Tuesday January 11, 2022.
