Mr. Carlton Johnson, age 58, of Fairgrounds Road Laurens SC entered into Eternal Rest on Friday October 23, 2020 at his residence.

Born on February 17, 1962 to the late Emerson and Addie Johnson; Carlton was raised in Laurens County. He attended Martha Dendy and Bell Street Middle School and later joined and graduated from Job Corps in 1980. He was a member of Mount Pleasant AME Church family and worked at the Bettie Plant for many years until his health declined.

Those left to cherish his memories are his brothers: Lloyd Emerson (Juanita) Johnson of Charlotte, NC; Ferdinand (Glendora) Johnson and Donald Johnson both of Clinton, SC; his sisters: Stafford Williams of Greenville, SC, Emma Harrison, Terry Lorine Johnson, Nina Cleo Johnson and Amelia Johnson all of Clinton, SC, Doris Johnson of Laurens, Rosa Mary Johnson of Cartersville, GA; one aunt: Penola Owens of Union, SC and many other loving relatives and friends.
